Digital Billboard Campaign Feedback
At AdSemble, we pride ourselves on the level of customer service we deliver. That is why we always welcome feedback of any kind and deeply appreciate the time our customers take to communicate with us.
Last week, I had a chance to speak with an advertiser who ran a 3-month long campaign on our Digital Billboard network. He has a seasonal theater company, so his campaign corresponded with launching various creative each week via the AdSemble network to promote the different shows that were appearing at his theater house.
Among the many comments he made about his campaign, several things stuck out:
He was very impressed with the branding appeal of the digital billboards
He was unsure how many specific tickets were sold to each show as a result of the digital billboards vs. other mediums he was using in conjunction to advertise, But
He heard many people tell him (or his staff) that they had seen his theater company on the digital billboards
He was extremely satisfied with the level of customer service he received from AdSemble
The two biggest compliments, however, came at the end of the call.
He would definitely be interested in using AdSemble again, next season
He would refer us to colleagues!
In my opinion, referrals are the life blood of any successful business, so that really is the best feeling one can have after working hard to service a customer.
