The Digital Out of Home sector experienced more growth this week. In particular, Mediapost reports that Outcast Media and AdSpace Networks added substantial offerings to their networks.
Outcast Media
Outcast formed an exclusive partnership with Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a leader in integrated technology solutions in the retail petroleum industry. Through this partnership, Outcast was able to expand its PumpTopTV network, adding almost 3000 screens in 35 different locations.
This represents a growth of 15% in the first half of 2011.
AdSpace
AdSpace networks also boasted growth, adding new digital displays at New York’s South Street Seaport Marketplace.
The new screens include 65-Inch Plasmas mounted in 7.5 feet kiosks, and an 85-inch digital screen near the entrance of the Pier 17 building.
AdSpace claims its monthly audience will soon reach 150 Million people through 116 malls and 1,500 screens across the United States.
